Our stay at the Primo Ostuni Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Christian met us upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Parking is easy to manage-on the street with the white lines depending on the time of the day, or a lot that is free 300m away or a paid lot on the backside of the hotel. All very good options.

The hotel was very conveniently located with great parking options for free. It was very near the old town and tourist sites . GReat restaurants nearby, very walkable . The included breakfast was amazing . The staff was very profesional and nice and spoke perfect English.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff were ALL amazing, super friendly, so welcoming, accommodating…everyone went above and beyond for us. The rooms were clean and perfect. The location was awesome- can walk everywhere. Super easy to park if you have a car. Breakfast was delicious!! 10/10!!!

This hotel was a 5 min. walk to the Centro storico. Not only was the room spacious, it also had a balcony with a view. The most notable aspect of our stay was that the staff was outstanding and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Ostuni.

Well-located. Almost brand-new. Delightful & supremely helpful staff. Breakfast Fabulous! Breads, coffees, fruits, meats. Juices too. Sea view from lobby & room. We neededcactaxi to a restaurant a half hour away and they arranged for it for us. Only complaint was slow elevator when hotel was full.

Lovely stay. Rooms are modern and nice. Bathroom area spacious and shower was fabulous! Big fluffy towels. Bed a little firm but not bad. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL! So friendly and helpful. Great location, easy to walk to many restaurants and shops.

This is great hotel, conveniently located for the old town with lots of parking nearby. Seems to have been recently refurbished to a high standard. Room spacious, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast with ample choice. Staff pleasant and helpful.
