The room was clean, it is near the village, the garden could be really nice, but is untidy. The lady who checked us in was very friendly, we didn't have breakfast and didn't see any staff following check-in. The worst things were the TV being limited to BBC1 and a loud, persistent noise from the water system throughout the night. I would rate this stay as just about ok for the money paid, However, I wouldn't return having looked at seemingly much better hotels nearby that charge very similar money.

The check in was easy, lady graciously let us check in a little earlier. Suite was big, clean and bright. The kitchenette area was a big plus, as was the free parking. A short stroll down the hill to the beach and town, and both were lovely. The hotel was lovely, a little tired in areas though. For instance, brambles overgrowing the paths, the pool which is a great touch, felt dirty and had an odour, im not an expert, but felt it needed filtering and a deep clean. To be fair though the positives far out weigh the negatives and it felt like the owners are doing it up, on a constant cycle, which is good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and return no problem.

Owners were great, The only issue was parking and the cleaning of the rooms. The room was great plenty of room and the tea and coffee was topped up everyday The only let dawn was the bins wernt emptied regular

Room was spacious, very clean, property maybe needs updating. Staff were very nice could not fault them.

Room was larger than usual for a single room and the fridge and tv were very useful additions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so don't expect Travelodge or Premier Inn. Hotel itself had a lot of character, almost South of France rather than South of Wales, and at times it felt like being back in the 1970s, in a good way.

We had a great weekend in Saundersfoot. The Malin Hotel met all our needs- large room, exceptionally clean all facilities we needed. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was first class. Parking on site. Would definitely recommend the hotel and I’m sure we will return. Had a great meal in their Mulberry Restaurant in Saundersfoot would also recommend it too . 😊

Lovely place. Nice big bedroom. Had swimming pool to our self. Needs a clean up outside. But over all a nice stay. Would go back

The room was a good size and had a fridge in it. The pool was lovely and a real treat to have. The location was great, very near Saundersfoot Harbour. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food.

Workman's vans everywhere in parking area on arrival garden needs tidying up unable to enjoy facilities no housekeeping web site says DAILY? Disappointing

Ok hotel, room a good size with fridge and air cooler. Decent bathroom and shower. Needs some updating inside and the outside needs a good tidy up.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I honestly can't say anything too bad about Malin house hotel. The room was clean,tidy and smelt fresh. The furnishings are fairly basic but everything you need is there including a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The shower room /toilet was clean and fresh. My only disappointment was that the matress on the bed was a little worn and springy. Also the grounds outside are beginning to look a little tired and could do with cleaning up and referbishing a bit. Overall it was a pleasant stay and represents excellent value for money.

Easy access to Saundersfoot front 6 min walk downhill , more challenging back though. Chose room 18 family room with fridge & microwave . Very comfortable , comfortable bed , good sleep and always found a parking spot ( though last spot on one occasion ) -be Had to approach owner a few times with not always understanding response! Couldn’t supply any decaf coffee ( a health issue for some and readily available at all the many previous hotel stays ) No clear fire escape map on back of hotel bedroom door ( statutory ) Shower head had mind of its own ! Akash understanding . Sadly wife v rude, sorry to say.

Staff very friendly. Room was clean , fridge in room with tea and coffee provided. Towels changed midway through 4 night break. On site free parking a bonus. Breakfast was available for an additional cost.

When you pull up outside, the weeds and broken plant pots are a little off putting but inside is clean, rooms spacious, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed. Also plenty of parking and although we couldn’t check in until 3, we could park in the morning which was really helpful. Staff lovely. The property could use a gardener and some TLC but you can look past that for a nice comfortable clean room with good parking.
