Hand soap from plastic container only soap there. Bed springs coming through mattresses. Told staff first day, nothing done. Had to stack comforters on top of each other online bed to avoid getting stabbed by springs. No lift, no tv, steep steps to all rooms. Daniel was very helpful, even gave me ride to train station. Would NOT stay here again!!!

My father and I had a fantastic stay at the Wavertree Hotel. The staff were outstanding and the location was near bus and train stations so getting around London was a breeze. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone!

I ended up leaving early and staying elsewhere. The room next door to mine was rented out to people with obvious addiction problems. They arrived just before 10pm, for about 2 hours they regularly used the kettle in the communal area opposite my room - then returned to their room where they were loud, aggressive and fighting among themselves until past 3am when they all just left the hotel. As well as getting literally no sleep, I felt extremely unsafe. Oh, and there was no wifi either.

Absolutely womderful host. I was greeted on arrival by Mikel, he was very friendly and helpful, showing me around and to my room. The room was comfortable and clean, everything i needed after a long day. I will return. Thanks for a great stay.

Very comfortable stay with the most uplifting and vibrant personality. I arrived late in the afternoon and was welcome with open arms. I enjoyed my one night here and will definitely be returning in the New Year when I require upliftment and HAPPINESS 😊
