The perch was not what we expected. While the view was incredible that I guess is what you are paying for. For the price we paid we expected much more. The staff was very very friendly so we do appreciate that. We didn’t appreciate that transfer from airport was an extra charge as most places at that price point do include this. Checking in we recognized that the pool advertised is a plunge pool and not the cleanest pool. The welcome drink was lemonade that tasted like crystal light. The bar menu for somewhere so isolated was also SO minimal. There were only about 3 cocktail options so staying at the pool wasn’t as enjoyable. We got to the villa and while it was extremely spacious it just looked not as nice as the pictures. We noticed that we found a larvae and spider in the freshly changed sheets. When we asked about getting them changed the housekeeper was like it’s just this little spider? But then changed the sheets after insisting. When we asked to checkout and get refund they refused. The bathroom periodically smelled like sewage as well. Also we are right by the zip line, which was convenient and incredibly fun, but could hear the people yelling all day. I will say the breakfast was delicious and nicely sized portions. We ended up leaving a night early and didn’t get a refund for that.

Clean room, Kim the receptionist was excellent, amenities were great, included breakfast daily was delicious and the pool area was amazing.

The rooms are nice and large with great views of the bay. But even better than the views were the staff. Kim was especially great. She reached out via WhatsApp a few days early to make the check in and transfer easy to navigate. The included breakfast was quite nice as well which gets preordered the night before so it’s ready for you at your desired time.

Great staff and offering of amenities!

Kim from the staff was very nice. The hotel has a nice view, but the photos are taken in such a way that you cannot see the ugly view below (the village). The hotel is definitely overpriced, as it lacked basic amenities and the breakfast was very limited.

My husband and I spent our 3rd honeymoon at this property and we had an amazing stay. The staff was very communicative and the shuttle to and from Vanilla Beach daily was a nice perk. Getting to the resort can be a little challenging considering it’s sitting on top of a very steep hill. But the view is the best I’ve seen! We would definitely stay here again!

The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The customer service is amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A shuttle service to Vanilla Beach is available via text or phone call. The room is spacious and very tranquil.

Perch El Nido has magnificent views - the only downside being that it is at the end of an unsealed road up a hill. The accommodation staff more than make up for that by providing a shuttle service down the hill. Very communicative and super helpful, I'd more than recommend this accommodation. My mum and I had a fantastic time.

Personale stupendo e sempre a disposizione. Kim, una delle ragazze, è davvero gentile e disponibile. Ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dal caos, in un ambiente familiare. Vista mozzafiato e servizio di navetta gratuito per la spiaggia “on demand”. Davvero consigliato.

Fantastisk deilig sted. Stille og rolig. De ansatte er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. De ordnet alt av turer, leie av moped. Vi valgte å forlenge oppholdet fordi det var så bra. Stranden nedenfor er travel, men fin.
