Hotels.com verified review
I was told they had problem collecting my payment from Hotels.com, which is odd considering all my other bookings were fine. Had to spend a few minutes over the phone giving out credit card details, which wasn't ideal.
I was allocated a room looking into the courtyard directly across from the breakfast area, which wasn't ideal.
