No recomiendo para nada este lugar , un pésimo servicio al cliente y los administradores irrespetuosos . Muy Mala mi experiencia.

Just a bunch of beds in one room

El lugar estaba bien. Más limpieza en los baños y la ducha. Hubiera mejorado la experiencia. Y también mejor ventilación en las habitaciones.

The room smelled terrible and the bathroom was dirty everywhere. The toilet water tank took a lot of time to reload and I guess that’s why people sometime had to let it dirty as well.

The photos doesn't match with the reality, i booked 1 bunk bed in a dormitory room , i found out a lot of people and in a very tiny mixed room , i arrived late at the 18th from a 32 hour trip , nobody opened the door until 1 person entered the building, check-in is through WhatsApp and it took them a while to let me in , air conditioner is very poor , they don't apply the silence hours so noise is everywhere - anytime plus people were fighting and yelling i booked 2 nights but i left the next day at noon

Very good place

The restrooms needs clothing and towel racks. The rooms are lighted well from the daily sunlight. But there's no curtains for the streetlights at night! So even at night, the rooms are lighted well enough without ceiling lights.

Its super clean.

Pésimo servicio por parte del personal, parece mas bien un refugio de migrantes que un hostal. La zona donde está se siente muy insegura, el servicio del personal muy pobre tuve bastantes problemaa. No lo recomiendo

The staff is hospital. This place is totally renovated and super clean! From the toilets to the showers... excellent! Lockers for each bed.

The hostel is far away from downtown. The bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and are very small. The rooms on the ground floor are spartan and small. The locker was small and we were 6 in the room. Also, the rooms face the street so any street activity will wake you up during the night. This includes revellers and the garbage truck who came by at 3:00 am.

The hostel was great and well cared for!

The property is not in a great location. There was people making noise inside the bedroom even when quiet hours began and they were told to be quiet. The staff didn’t find a solution to this. I requested being switched to another room as I wanted to sleep but I was denied. It doesn’t have a common space or room for you to wait before checking in. Mattresses and pillows were not great as well. The surroundings seem kinda shady. I’m used to booking hostels and I like them but I don’t think I will come back to this one ever again.

Não responde o chat do aplicativo, não deixa o hóspede confortável nem seguro em relação a chegar e ter sua estalagem garantida. Recomendo a todos Não frequentar ou buscar esse local. Fiquei sem resposta durante mais de 11 dias antes e após chegar a Madrid, decepcionante a experiência com essa habitação
