TV doesn't work, bathroom isn't clean, staff is friendly even though check-in process takes a while.

dilapidated accommodation and stupid receptionists, don't let your fate be the same as mine, initially I booked 3 rooms and paid in full, but when I got there the rooms were full and they said refund via the application, even though it can't be refunded in the application, finally until now my money has not been returned, it is clearly a fraud in the name of Traveloka for those who want to book here, think 1000 times. Traveloka, please follow up

penginapan bobrok dan resepsionisnya tolol jangan sampai nasip kalian sama dengan saya, awalnya saya pesan 3 kamar dan sudah bayar full, tapi sampainya disana kamarnya penuh dan mereka bilang refund lewat aplikasi, padahal diaplikasi tidak bisa direfund akhirnya sampai sekarang duit saya tidak balik, itu jelas penipuan mengatasnamakan Traveloka buat yang mau pesan disini pikir 1000x deh. pihak Traveloka tolong ditindaklanjutin
