Room/ bathroom were clean but the oven and drawer under the oven were not cleaned. Wasn’t sure if the dish towels had been washed. The door mat had snow/salt stains from last winter and needs to be washed or shampooed. The fridge was leaking and needs attention because we had to keep mopping up the water. Housekeepers should have reported this some time ago. Other than this, we loved the apartment.

No words everything is good and well maintained and organized

I didn’t cook or stay for long. However I thought the details for how to get into the building after hours could have been clearer. Thankfully someone trusted that I did actually have a room in the building and let me in. But I tried the codes that were given to me in the messsge and didn’t have any luck.

Nous avons été enchantés par cet endroit. Nous y étions pour une compétition au PEPS, alors tout était parfait, la proximité, la propreté, la possibilité d'avoir 2 chambres fermées, de cuisiner, d'avoir de l'espace. Le tout sans que le prix soit exagéré.

Very nice, clean, gig balcony, AC and a gorgeous view of the city. It was well furnished, with a functioning kitchen, big fridge and freezer. It was easy to follow the instruction to access the room, even at night and had several seciruty features to access the building, elevator and room. Only downsides (very minor) : it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels for a two rooms app for a week and 1 kitchen garbage bag. Well situated if you are going to Université Laval for a couple of days. Would go back anytime.

Great for a big family stay! We were there for one night only but if wed stayed longer, everything would have been there to enjoy the stay!

Everything about this place is amazing. The apartment was everything and more. Amenities were great. The staff to deal with were great from the beginning till the end

Il y a eu un dégât d'eau dans l'appartement au-dessus du nôtre. Nous avons dû être relocalisé. Par contre, l'autre appartement n'était pas une équivalence à notre réservation initiale. Le confort n'a donc pas été maximal. Nous étions un couple de 5 p 10 et 6 p 4 à dormir dans un lit double. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal.

Great! I would just add an additional seat for viewing tv given there are three bedrooms.

Première expérience de cuisinette pour notre séjour, c’est à refaire. Et ce lieu a été une excellente première expérience. Être autonome dans l’accueil et le départ était aussi une première expérience et ce lieu a été un bon apprentissage. Les échanges rapides et courtois par courriel ont permis d’être en sécurité. Un gros bonheur.

We were a group of 8 and book 2 x 2bedroom apartments. They were both very well appointed, spacious and clean. The location was very central and provided easy access to shops and restaurants. The administration was very responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. Place was great very easy to check in! The appartment had all the amenities we needed and it was close to a little shopping center with markets and food. Super close to old quebec by car so very good location! Would definitely recommend this place !!

Mise à part des lits de métal qui craquent je dirais presque parfait. Localisation insane dans le bon sens. Superbe

Spacieux et lumineux. Endroit à côté de l’université. Le stade de football, les terrains de soccer/baseball et le complexe sportif sont accessibles à pied. Parfait pour une fds de tournoi! Près de toutes les autoroutes, facile d’accès. Bon petit café au rdc qui semble très populaire! Aucun tapis! On adore ! Pour être parfait côté propreté, il faudrait un époussetage des plinthes, plaques d’interrupteur et des grilles de ventilation. Dans ce cas, ce serait 5/5! On reviendra certainement.
