Sometimes you are decieved by Picture. From inside apartment is OK for 1-2 night, grocerry shop is diagonally opposite as well as tram stop is adjacent to it.
Biggest NO is location - This is ground floor single room house located on the main road crossing. Seems like you are sleeping below traffic light. May be OK for Single traveller if there is NO other option.
