Great place to stay.. real character. Waiters are great - food excellent.

Beautiful old building with modern updates. Our room was terrific, the staff was wonderful, and the location cannot be beat if you want to be in the center of the old town.

Everything about the experience with the hotel was excellent. As parking is tricky in the old town, you park in nearby car park and they drive you to the hotel - all well coordinated. The hotel has been beautifully designed - it maintains many of the old features of the buildings, while at the same time adding modern elegance and convenience. Our rooms were very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant- both highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- gave us some good tips on what to explore in the town.

The property is stunning, full of history, it’s spotless, staff are amazing, they take you & pick you up from the parking lot. The only thing I could suggest is to have some sort of night light as when you need to get up during the night for the toilet you can not see & if you leave a light on then it’s too bright

From being picked up from the airport by the courtesy van to our departure, the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was modern, clean and quiet -very comfortable. The hotel is a historic property that has been tastefully updated, respecting its history while being fully modernized. The location of the hotel is amazing, situated near restaurants and cafes, and easy walking distance to tourist attractions (castle, lake). I unreservedly recommend this hotel.
