It was a perfect room for one person who was busy elsewhere and did not need a kitchen

Recommend this property to everyone. Very spacious, clean and the bed was the best I’ve slept in. Feel asleep fast and woke up refreshed in this bed. Walking distance to food and cafes. Safe area to walk around.

The room was clean and the bed was the softest I’ve ever slept in. Woke up refreshed and ready for my day. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. The street it’s on has so many amenities to eat and hang out. Big and spacious room. I stayed in room 203.

When I arrived in the room, it was 25 degrees. I contacted the host to resolve the issue. When I returned, I was given instructions on how to turn on the air conditioning. BUT there was no remote control in the room to turn on the system. I notified the host, who replied that he would come NEXT DAY to bring the remote… So I slept in a room at 24.5 degrees without being able to fix the situation. Disturbed sleep… I already have a reservation for next October that I made earlier, but if you expect the service to be the same, please let me know and I will cancel this reservation.

I don’t even know where to begin with how much we loved this hotel room. 6 girls in the luxury suite for the night. Spa weekend. We had never heard of the British before, but man were we pleasantly surprised. The suite itself was super clean and massive. The decor was top notch. Check-in was easy peasy with the cute little lock boxes and the food at the pub was absolutely superb. We had a really good laugh about the open concept bathroom with no doors! lol (the toilet is private, FYI) so thankfully we’re all comfortable with showering in the open air! So if you are a shy group, it may not be ideal, but for us it added a really nice level of humour! We literally want to move in to this suite. We will for sure be staying here for every one of our spa weekends away!! Thanks Gen for a great experience!!

Nice spacious and clean. Beautiful space. Street noise but was expected for our stay. Earplugs helped. Excellent location for our event and lots to see and do around the area.

Everything was as advertised

Beautiful, historic accommodation, nestled into Old Aylmer, with lots of amenities within an easy walk.

Check in and check out was fast and easy. Room was spacious. Bed was very low, not easy for someone with bad knees use. No wash cloths were provided. Floors were very dusty and needed vacuuming.

Everything you need for a stay away from home. Our favourite place to date. Very spacious for our family of 5. Will definitely be back again!

I enjoyesd my stay the only downside is that the room is not serviced the American way i stayed in room 208 it can get noisy the weekend from guest from the restaurant smoking outside the window all problems that inhad was handle right away or next business day

Newly renovated, clean, easy check in/out, the pub has terrific food/drink and staff we did see were great!

Exceeded our expectations. We liked how spacious and clean it was and well stocked with full fridge and kitchen and enough supplies. Nice clean shower and washroom, comfy beds, lovely decor. Super simple check in and out. Absolutely no complaints and definitely would recommend and return!

This property was the perfect stay. Really great neighborhood fantastic value and easiest check in and check out ever! Best part of the vacation was the hotel!

The room itself was near and clean. The problem was the bar directly below the room, which had loud music until fairly late, and the apparent apartment above the room with the fairly regular thumping and bumping.

The place is beautiful. We never had breakfast there. The beds are ok, not too bad but not the greatest. The only issue I had was that my room was directly Over the bar, which was not disclosed until after the booking was made. First night was fine, but Saturday night, from people smoking right below our windows, to screaming, music and partying until almost 4am, it made for a terrible drive back home today, and a grumpy kid, because we hardly slept. Other than that, it was a nice affordable space!

Very easy to get and return keys. I had a hard time at first getting back to parking garage to get something out of the car, but the service number (Chelsea) responded very quickly and was very helpful. Only talked via text but the staff was very pleasant and patient. Loved the location. Will stay there again next time I need to stay in Alymer

Facility is pet friendly, has a dog wash station at the ground floor. Apartment is very clean and nice!
