Great location. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working very well.

The quad worked for our needs. The living area and kitchen were clean and well laid out. We were warned that the kitchen is bare, so we brought our travelling kitchen kit, that contains everything we need to cook and serve meals. The staff were kind and the parking was close. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was great, very clean and well designed. There is no TV but I was made aware of this in advance. The wifi signal was strong so I had no issues watching TV on my laptop. My only issue was finding the building due to the construction and poor signage.

Room was awesome. Super clean. Very affordable. Parking was easy. Would highly recommend!

The studio had a kitchen but absolutely zero dishes, utensils, or pots/pans. The purpose of renting a space with a kitchen for two days was to enable cooking. This is an easy fix. Thanks

My trip to Kelowna was for a weekend flag football tournament. The dorm style room was clean, comfortable, and close to Mission Recreation Centre where we were playing. The rooms had air-conditioning, which was greatly appreciated as the weather was sunny and hot. The Residence and Conference Centre staff are very helpful and check-in was quick and efficient. Parking is free and a parking pass is issued at check-in.

My girlfriend and I were staying over the weekend. The location is super close to the beach and also only a 5 minute drive (or a 17min scooter ride) from dt Kelowna which was super convenient! The room was very clean and super cozy! We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff there for being so accommodating.

That fact that I had both heating and air conditioning was great

Air conditioning isn’t controllable from the room, It’s locked to its own setting. There are no kitchenware to use the kitchenette, but other than that. It’s a place to stay for a great price. Just don’t expect too much. You get what you pay for

Was a great place for 3 nights. I never went to University but his felt like a dorm room. But, it was super clean and staff were pleasant. It would have been useful to have some cutlery , plates , dish cloths in the kitchenette etc. The Bed was dorm like, but satisfying.

Checked every box. One minor thing that could be better would be an improvement to the bed linen! Brendan

Amazing value for what we got! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and parking were very convenient. The downsides (the headboard was a bit uncomfy to lean against, no TV, no dishes) were manageable.

Great for solo travelling. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Able to cook food in their oven and microwave. Just get the correct cooking pans or buy food already in an oven or microwave safe dish to heat and serve. Bed was firm but was good for 1 night. Staff went above and beyond for my requests of early and late check in/out. Provided guidance on local attractions and help with like scooters/bikes and hiking trails. Was able to see some deer near the college walking trail. Would stay here again!

Overall, the property was in a nice location, near a park and beach but you do need to Uber it downtown. Unfortunately, the small double bed was uncomfortable for two adult size people. Also, the shower configuration made it very difficult to move around and would not be suitable for a large adult. Be aware that there is no TV, but that is on the listing.

Private clean quiet and comfortable accommodation's. Highly recommended.
