Not very comfortable - I have been in hostels before but usually there is a bit more privacy. Showers were tiny, no changing area. Also shower was freezing. Bathroom floors always wet. Online check in and code access is not as traveler friendly / you need roaming to get the code cause you need to ask for it on arrival over the phone. Staff is really nice and helpful. Clean, beds ok. They say the have baggage storage but they don’t.

Amenities were cleaned well, though my beddings seemed to be used (found what appeared to be makeup on the flip side of my pillow). Would’ve been useful to know beforehand that the rooms were not real rooms, therefore not soundproof. Also had to help new guests through a check-in process at 9:30pm one of the nights (miscommunication on some people’s parts). I loved that it was so close to a subway station.

Todo se escucha, me tocó una habitación a lado de la cocina y como las paredes no llegan hasta el techo todo el ruido se escucha, gente haciendo ruido y cocinando a las 2 de la mañana, gente hablando muy alto y huespedes entrando y saliendo de la habitación a altas horas de la noche, la verdad nunca me habia tocado un hostel tan incomodo y llevo mas de 30 años viajando, pero siempre hay una primera vez supongo

Todo muy limpio y con todos los servicios necesarios. Muy bien ubicado.

Alles sauber und zufriedenstellend. Kleine Kritikpunkte sind, dass das Zimmer nur von innen abschließbar war und das Einchecken nur über einen telefonisch Kontakt auf Spanisch möglich war

Estaba todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones bien cuidadas. Tranquilo y con todo lo necesario. Totalmente recomendable

No duden en reservar con ellos ha sido el mejor hostal en el que he estado !
