Staff treated everyone like family
 Staff went out of their way to help and made sure all your needs were met! Everyone in Cusco went through top knotch hospitality training!!!

Nice staff and decent hotel but pricey in comparison to other, nicer hotels.  

Necessidade de melhoria na disponibilidade de itens básicos de higiene e cuidado pessoal (papel higiênico e secador de cabelo, por exemplo), cuja falta gera constrangimentos desnecessários. 

The whole place is not that clean, the area is not that nice and there’s an homeless man in the entrance
