Clean room polite staff and centralized

Calm centralized location.

Staff were helpful and accommodating even though I didnt speak Spanish. My room was spacious and had a good view of the mountains and city when there is not much smog. The rooms appeared to be clean but I walk barefoot around the room and my feet were black. I did ask housekeeping the next day to clean it and they did. The area is safe and clean even at night but then again I am a guy. Although there was no kettle in the room, they let you use their hot water in their restaurant for coffee/noodles. The place is outdated but it was comfy and great stay for a weekend. OXXO just across the street for late night needs.

Large room. Clean. Lots of hot water. Good restaurant for breakfast in the hotel. The problem is the neighbourhood. You really need to take a taxi/uber anywhere. Doesn’t seem safe to walk in evening.

The hotel is located in a fantastic downtown area of Monterrey, and I could easily walk to many places from there. Naturally, I would choose to stay there!!
