me encantaron las instalaciones, el personal es muy amable y atento, la ubicación esta en el corazón del centro histórico, todo cerca, acceso a turibus para hacer los tours que quieras hacer, te vas caminando a la catedral metropolitana, torre Latinoamérica, bellas artes, el hotel tiene dos entradas por la donceles y por la Guatemala que es peatonal, siempre hay agua de cortesía y unas guayabas riquísimas, el desayuno es muy completo y con variedad y las atenciones del personal superaron mis expectativas, este hotel es un 10/10

Overall it was a good experience. However, make sure you don't stay on the seventh floor. I stayed on this floor in a family room and it was extremely noisy early in the morning (before seven am) due to the staff hauling materials in and out of adjacent rooms.

The breakfast was better before, same chef but changed the recipes.

I don’t understand why the staff had to make a copy of my passport. It made me feel uncomfortable.

We had a romantic getaway that turned into a soccer fun fest during FIFA World Cup. Property a 3-minute walk to Zocalo Metropolitano in CDMX were thousands of soccer fans (including me) raved international soccer matches.

I liked the location of the property, the staff were all very nice and helpful whenever we had any questions about anything, the food and service at the buffet was excellent very good and professional, even though I had arrived late due to a delay with my flight but the reception staff was very helpful and professional even though it was very early in the morning(4:30 in the morning when I arrived). The view of the terrace was amazing we were left star struck with it. The cleaning of the hotel was horrible, when we had just walked into the room my daughter noticed that all three beds had multiple long black hairs on them, the floors where very grimy and moist and felt not clean, the bathroom was also not always very clean the bathroom was always very slippery when in the shower and the drain was always full of hairs.

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay in Mexico City more. The amenities were phenomenal touches with guayaba, chips, water, coffee and tea accessible nearly all times. They stock the fridge for you daily and have the option for getting 8 different pillow options for the rooms.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, a solo una cuadra del Zócalo, y la vista desde el bar y la terraza hacia el Centro Histórico. Lamentablemente nos tocó la parte más antigua del hotel. La primera habitación tenía el baño en malas condiciones: la perilla del inodoro tardaba unos 15 segundos en dejar de correr el agua, el desagüe de la ducha no funcionaba y el agua se acumulaba por varios minutos. Además, el baño estaba sucio, con pelos. Nos cambiaron de habitación la segunda noche, pero el baño nuevamente estaba sucio. Lo más decepcionante fue el precio: pagamos alrededor de US$160 por noche, sin desayuno. Por ese valor esperaba mucho más. Hay opciones más limpias y funcionales cerca del centro que valen más la pena.

The hotel had great helpful staff, the hotel was clean and housekeeping came in everyday and were very observant of your needs. The location was perfect if you want to stay at the center of CDMX. I felt very safe.

We stayed in the Family Suite and chose this hotel because of its excellent location, positive reviews, and the convenience of having on-site parking. We arrived around the start of check-in and were told that the hotel's parking lot was already full. The front desk asked us to find parking elsewhere. While I later realized the hotel states that parking is limited and not guaranteed, I wish they had been more proactive by sending an email before our arrival explaining that parking is limited or encouraging guests to request a parking space in advance if needed. This was especially stressful for us because we had a 4:00 a.m. airport transfer the following morning. We were concerned about having to walk through the area at 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. to retrieve our car, as it did not feel like the safest option. For travelers who are unfamiliar with downtown Mexico City, a simple email explaining the parking situation would be very helpful. After about two hours, the front desk staff was able to find us a safe parking spot after we explained that we were considering leaving because the parking situation would not work for us. We appreciated their efforts to resolve the issue. Other than that initial parking incident, our stay was excellent. The hotel was comfortable, the room was great, and everything else went very smoothly. If you're not driving, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful clean hotel. You can actually see the original ruins through glass floors that they put in. It was a very nice touch. The location was very convenient only 15 to 20 minutes from the airport as well.
