The staff was good and friendly. Late checkin and early check out wasn't an issue for them. The room was clean. plenty of parking. location close to highway and gas stations. no toothpaste though. bring your own.

The room was clean but a little on the smaller side. The hot tub was a nice bonus!

Very cute place. The room we stayed in was very small, however we were just staying for a quick nights rest so that was not an issue for us. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. It is an older hotel that has been renovated. It was really a cool place though with a neat place to lounge inside and outside. The check in part was a little confusing at first but it worked out and it had an automated checkout system at the front desk making it easy to check out. A must see that was nearby is the Mount Begbie Brewing. Short drive but you won’t regret it.

Excellent value and very nicely designed property. Super comfortable bed and loved the choice of toiletries. I also appreciated that Gravity Haus was not only dog friendly, but dog FORWARD!

What a cute town. This was the perfect place to relax during our long drive to Banff. Will stay there again!

The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. The staff super nice and accommodating. All amenities and location just great. The nearby train tracks didn't bother us a bit! One of those places where you don't smell cigarettes smoke or old room smell. Linen and towels very nice. I really recommend this hotel

This property has a good location, lovely staff and is very clean. Unfortunately, their cool dining room was closed. We enjoyed our stay. Good value at the time of year we were there.

This Is the best small hotel. Rooms are wonderful and the view is incredible. Skin and hair products are amazing. Made in Canada with all natural ingredients. Great amenities with spa, BBQ, fire pits, small cafe type restaurant on site with great food. Staff so wonderful. Not a bad thing to say and this will be the hotel I book every time we visit. Thanks 👍

Nice and quiet and affordable

The hotel was nicely located just off the highway by the round a bout. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. Easy parking and close to restaurants. Would stay here again.

Very cute room, bathroom was spacious. Loved the nespresso machine! The tray table with earplugs was super helpful. Hot tub was closed for maintenance was a bummer but no big deal. Little yard with firepits was super cute too! Great little spot to stay :)

Did not appreciate the nespresso machine. A proper coffee maker would have been much appreciated. Also no microwave.

Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Hot tub and fireplace area were well maintained. Coffee was really tasty. Staff friendly and helpful

Older motel that has been completely updated. Great vibe, everything was very super clean, toiletries in the rooms were top notch, bedding was great. The only negative is that the restaurant/pub hours don't match what is advertised. I am not sure if it was a staffing issue as our visit is between peak travel seasons but it was rather disappointing that we couldn't have a beverage and a bite to eat at 8:00 pm after a long drive. Would still recommend the property but a word to the wise regarding the hours of the restaurant/pub on site. (We laughed that there is a big banner you can see from the road advertising the hours until 11:00 pm every day).

We loved our stay here!! The room had everything we could need and really well thought through. Although the room had limited space, there were plenty of hooks and hangers to keep everything tidy. The bathroom was amazing - Rocky Mountain Soap, good hair dryer, and the robes were lovely. The bed was comfortable and tv was great. We enjoyed a chilled night watching a film on Netflix after a long day travelling. Check-in was easy and we were able to park outside our room. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Great place for the value. Very friendly staff and loads of parking available. Rooms are very clean and well built. Would definitely come back.
