Very responsive and excellent service. I left my luggage and the check-in time was ready, so all I had to do was rest.

Clean, cool air conditioning. It's a bit far from the city, though. The hotel's location is central for those heading to Prambanan and Merapi.

I regret staying here. It's close to Palagan's trendy cafes. The rooms and rooftop are cool and very comfortable. One downside: the power supply isn't strong enough if you plug in the hair dryer while the AC and TV are on.

The building is new and nice, but a little lacking in cleanliness. However, the staff is quick to respond when asked to clean it. The staff are friendly.

Check-in was at 8:30 PM, and the receptionist called and said they would help check me in. When I arrived at the room, the lights were pitch black, and I had to turn on the fuse switch first. What was disappointing was that the AC wasn't cooling at all, apparently it had run out of Freon or hadn't been cleaned for too long. I slept all night in the heat, sweating, and woke up with my clothes soaked. The receptionist only stayed until 9 PM, after which they went home, and there were no hotel staff at all. It was quite disappointing.
