Everything was fine. The only thing that stuck out about my stay was that one of the toilets smelled like a sewer, coming from the drain hole under the toilet. It was a little uncomfortable to use.

Great staycation here with family

At night, I was quite disturbed by a buzzing and vibration noise, not sure if it was coming from the air conditioning or something else, but it seemed to be coming from upstairs. In the morning, it was very uncomfortable because many people gathered in the hallway, joking and talking very loudly. Please pay more attention to your safety and comfort.

I stayed here for activities around Tangerang. The location is very strategic. It's easy to find food right outside the hotel.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and direct access to the mall. However, the breakfast menu is lacking in variety, and there's no swimming pool. However, it's worth the price.

A well-priced hotel with friendly staff, particularly dining room and room service staff. Breakfast variety changed every day of my stay. For rooms facing the front of the hotel, noise was a major issue coming from the street as well as the forecourt, while doors to the rooms provided no soundproofing from the tiled corridors.

It's a comfort room for a short escape. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is quite noisy sometimes, but for me, it's okay because I put YouTube Music a bit louder, so I still can enjoy the stay.

Ordered here to get a hair dryer, but when I got to the room, there wasn't one.

Contacting via WhatsApp was a bit difficult, but check-in was easy. All the staff were friendly, and the rooms were great. The only downside is there's no swimming pool. Otherwise, everything was great.

Located near Tangcity Mall, the hotel is comfortable. The air conditioning is cool, the rooms are clean, and the mattresses are comfortable, not spring mattresses. You get hotel slippers and refillable water from the dispenser. The food is also delicious.

Not Worth It. I just stayed last week. My first impression was that check-in was incredibly slow. I had to wait 15 minutes because there was only one front desk staff member, even though it was a weekend. Management should have been more prepared for the busy weekend rush hour of 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, with at least two staff members on standby. After checking in at 2:00 PM, I checked into Room 316. After only an hour in, the AC failed (completely shut down). I tried to contact Room Service/Reception, but there was no hotline number listed on the room phone. As a result, I had to go down to the lobby to report or complain about the AC being completely dead. A technician arrived, checked the situation, and repaired it. It took 45 minutes to get the AC back up and running. However, after waiting for hours, the AC wasn't cooling at all. It seemed like it was only on fan mode, even though it was set to cool down to 16 degrees. I complained again to the lobby about the AC, and the technician came back and started messing around. I was already emotional, hot, and sweating. I was there from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, just dealing with the AC issues. I couldn't sleep, I was uncomfortable, and I couldn't rest peacefully. Finally, I decided to check out at 8:15 PM and move to another hotel. (I lost money, time, and energy.)

Accidentally found a good, spacious, affordable hotel, and close to malls and food tenants when I needed a place to stay for a wedding. The room was spacious, the only problem was that the AC in the first room was leaking even though the technician had already fixed it. Finally, I requested a room change and both the staff's response and the process were very fast in finding an empty room. I got a new room on the top floor, the lights were a bit dim so I had to add more lights for makeup, but overall it was good because the executive room was really that spacious 👍🏻
