Perhaps provide a few amenities.  Iron, extra bedding, water, fridge, instructions on how to operate TV, a light breakfast.

Theres no bar or restaurant at this location. Very basic hotel

Extremely dirty hotel. It's more of a hostel than a hotel. Mold everywhere in the shower, and the toilets don't have seats!!
