Brand spanking new - less than a year since opening! Only a bit disappointed with a corner of the bathroom floor and mirrors not being as clean as one would hope. Helpful and friendly staff. Pool was lovely!

Great location with all the mod cons required. Quiet and convenient: not too much, not too little. Walkable to the main Roman attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the bathroom “douche” (no bidet required). Breakfast buffet offered at v reasonable price and good choice. Didn’t use pool or gym but perfect for 1-2 day stopover.

I only stayed there for one night and really light the location and spacious rooms. It’s really close to most important attractions and historical areas, within short walks. That was the main reason I chose it and didn’t regret it. There’s also inside parking available at a cost, or you can park in the very safe neighborhood it’s located, for free I would eventually come back.

Great, small hotel, with parking, walking distance to most points of interest in Merida. Fabulous staff, very clean and by the looks of it, brand new. Quite a nice breakfast for the size of the room.

Lovely new property. Very clean and modern. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee and water was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Super place for visiting Merida. Close to all the sites and grocery stores.
