Friendly staff, clean and affordable

This is an amazing place to stay, staff are exceptional, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The property and rooms were spotless, rooms are very good size, had fantastic working AC and above all breathtaking views.

Working elevator. Older building. Seems like more renovations to come. Huge bathroom. No shower curtain or bath mat. Working air conditoner. WiFi, but the last 2 days wasn't working. Decent location. 20 minute walk to the Pedestrian Boulevard. Includes hills or stairs, to and from. Plenty of places to eat, and grocery store nearby. Private beaches also nearby. There's also a pub nearby, not sure if it serves Guinness, but the pub on the Boulevard does, don't bother eating at that one. Breakfast was very good, along with the service from all staff members. Oh. Not hot water before 9 am. Yes, found out the hard way. Haha.

The staff was out of this world amazing! The room was clean, and had an amazing view of the sea that you wouldn’t get on a right on the water property.

De är inget strandhotel men du kan gå till den publika stranden eller betala för solstol. Trevlig stad med mycket att göra. Lätt att utgå från detta hotell. Många bra restauranger i dess närhet.

A family driven hotel. Really nice and helpful staff. They nice room and balcony and the sea view (room 205). In walking distance to the Sarande promenade, Mango Beach. Would stay there again.

Personnel tres sympathique, mais chambre pas moderne, et douche tres compliquée a faire, pas de rideau de douche ni de cabine, il est difficile de régler la temperature et la force de l'eau.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und der Service war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt – in wenigen Schritten erreicht man zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den hoteleigenen Parkplatz, der uns die lästige Parkplatzsuche erspart hat. So konnten wir entspannt die Stadt erkunden und uns ganz auf unseren Urlaub konzentrieren. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, die wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen können.
