There was no staff at the reception- had to wait for a long time to attend to us.
Once staff was available, she rushed the check in and felt like- that was it?
Considering we booked a non-smoking room the 

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé sur votre site (vue montagnes avec balcon) mais une chambre vue sur le lac, côté rue avec beaucoup de passage donc très bruyant.
Sinon le personnel est très agréable
