Location is good. Third time checking in within 2 week span. Made reservations for my family (3) and they demanded a $450 pesos surcharge for my son (15 yrs). The room we reserved sleeps four we stayed an additional night same room same number of people as previos day and still demanded the additional charge. Expedia priced the night at the same price regardless of 1,2,3 or 4 people in the room. The surcharge of $450 pesos for my teenage son was incredibly an outrageous demand.

No cambian las sábanas de las camas ni almohadas porque cuando llegué, tenía pelos. Después se terminaron mis noches y volví agarrar el mismo hotel de emergencia pedí el mismo cuarto y ya lo habían limpiado según y tenían las mismas sábanas. Las empleadas no sirven para nada. La agua es sucia

The water smells like sewer. They gave me the option of not staying there and I would get the refund. So I booked with a different hotel across the street but I never got my refund and of course they never responded any of my emails My reservation was on the 17th of June to the 20th of June. They lied to me about having a water problem that it was all of Guadalajara but it’s just in this hotel.

The property had contaminated water and I asked to have a refund and I left the next day I arrived and my son got sick because of the water and they never gave me the refund when they said that I should see it in a couple of days

El problema que tenían era de qué el agua tenía azufre y estaba con olor y sabor a aguas residuales o aguas negras, entonces no se podía bañar menos que el agua sea para lavarse la boca o algo

La regadera más o menos, ya que salía el agua en varias direcciones. Tal vez les haga falta un bote de basura en la habitación, ya que solo había uno en el baño. El minifrigobar hay que despegarlo de la pared para que enfríe. Céntrico a 4 o 5 calles de la plaza principal y a unos pasos de estación del metro. El personal súper AMABLE, te apoya en todo lo que puede.

El hotel estaba bien, comodo y bien ubicado. No se si era temporal o no pero el agua tenia olor a cloaca, tanto de la ducha como del toilett y pila del bano. Eso fue dificil pues el olor invade toda la habitacion. Fuera de eso el hotel esta muy bien, tiene una ubicacin muy cercana a la zona de la catedral. Me gusto el area

No air condition broken the room it was dirty the floor also and the bathroom it was looks like it was in construction. They never finishand all the details in the bathroom they never told me about the one elevated to go all the way and and I have to take another elevator to go on one floor and then catch the other elevator to the other floor. It was so confusing they never told me anything about it.

The shower water gets all out it’s a mess and the water smells pretty bad as well, the decoration it’s nice and location is good but you hear everything since it’s in the center.

La atención del personal muy bien la vdd, el A/C sin problemas. Sólo que en el baño el botón del wc no funcionaba bien, el agua del lavamanos olía mal y no dan botellitas de agua. El estacionamiento está como a 100 mts pero todo bien.

the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,
