Room was clean, easy to access

Fire alarm went off at 3.30am. Fire service attended, said it was a faulty system and they've attended before. Messaged the property for a refund, no response.Very poor.

Booking was needlessly complicated. The hotel never responded to emails and never answered calls. The hotel tried to charge me again for the room when I'd already paid in full through Expedia. The room was shabby and not very clean, old coffee/tea residue in mugs etc and music was being played untill 3am. Personally i will never stay there again or use Expedia. I've had so much better experiences with your competitors so i will choose them again in the future and give them my business.

The rooms were nothing like the photos, it was dirty, smelly, broken things, felt unsafe, I only stayed a few minutes and then went to another hotel

Lovely room, great price, easy to find. Only suggesting id likr tk make, is maybe used some fabric softener on the towels.... (unless they were exfoliating towels...) Other then that, great stay.

It was a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and quite modern in design. Great value and if we are in the area again would definitely stay again.

Fine for a solo one or two night stay.

The room was adequate. The electric mirror to dresser was not functional. Unfortunately there was a gas leak 200m down the road, and the attending workers were drilling until 2am! Not a restful stay.

Lively comfortable bed and quality duvet. Room clean. Good location close to our NYE venue. Luckily got parking outside.
