Hotel cancelled the booking late in the afternoon of the day of check in and did not provide a refund. Offered an alternate room at another hotel yet did not provide the address or type of room or any pictures. Whole experience was regrettable.

Bel Palace is very nice place to Stay.The staff are great. The place is clean.
