The staff is very friendly and the lighting and bedding are great, with plenty of blankets provided. However, the breakfast is just average. A major downside is the shower design, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet—this definitely needs to be fixed. Also, we could have used more towels during our stay.

Photographs and descriptions are Misrepresented and misleading, they advertised a room with a queen size bed but it was more like twin very small, the bathroom and specifically the shower was tiny. The room overall was very small and dirty, there was stains on the pillows and old soap bars on the shower floor. The staff was rude and the breakfast mediocre. For the rate they charge there are better options. Don't recommend it

Everything was perfectly fine. The staff didn't speak English, as is common in Ecuador, but using Google Translate worked fine. The property is just around the corner from the Planetario, which was worth the quick trip. It is within a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral. I craved junk food while I was there, and McDonald's is a block away. Good salads. The receptionist told me my room was small and offered another, but it was on the ground floor, so - no stairway. I was just a party of one, so the size made no difference to me and it was fine. I would stay there again.
