The staff was friendly and helpful. We can get the Octopus card in Terminal 1. It comes with a balance of 50. The Octopus card is very useful in Hong Kong.

It can be used 24 hours a day, very worthwhile. I recommend printing out your reservation slip because there is only one staff member at the exchange point, which will save you time compared to exchanging at the Airport Express. If you travel a lot, it's more worthwhile, and you don't have to waste time topping up Octopus.
