the facilities are quite okay, but for exchanging tickets I think it's different for those who have already booked on Traveloka it turns out that they have to join the queue to buy OTS tickets too

service is not good. for those who have bought tickets online or those who don't have tickets, all the mixed queues become one, the queues are very long and crowded. neither the children nor their parents cared. Buying online at traveloka is almost 50% cheaper than the price of buying directly there, but please separate the queues :’(

The queue at the counter location was really long because it was really busy but even more so because buying tickets offline and online was the same. Online tickets must be exchanged first for hard copies, so both those who want to buy tickets on the spot (offline) line up
