I have arrived for my appointment late due to traffic congestion. And they were kind enough not to cancel my booking. I was very pleased with the friendly staffs and voucher redemption was easy. Erika who attended to my half-leg and underarm waxing was very friendly. I enjoyed the conversation with her and she was very careful while doing the waxing. I am really happy with the overall service. I will definitely come back to Waxhouse Beachwalk Bali! 🙏🏼❤️☺️
