Kyoto Imperial Palace (40 minutes) | Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays if Monday is a national holiday, 14 to 17 May, New Year's holidays, and Imperial Household event. The Kitano Tenmangu Shrine will be visited instead.
Kitano Tenmangu Shrine (40 minutes) | The Nishi Hongan-ji Temple will be visited instead on 25 February, 25 March, and 25 November.
