One of the star attractions of this state-of-the-art aquarium is its 90-meter-long clear-glass tunnel, where visitors experience the magical sensation of majestic marine animals glide right over their heads. Featuring an authentic-looking shipwreck, the tunnel is definitely an insta-worthy walkway where you can snap away to your heart’s content. Witness the great circle of life with Aquaria KLCC’s daily feeding exhibitions, where you get to observe the professional aquarists hand-feed the animals and learn about the habits of each species. There are currently three feeding schedules available. Look out for gigantic Arapaimas in the Flooded Forest at 2.30pm every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, followed by the ever-anticipated shark feeding sessions in the Aquatheatre at 3pm. Visit the Deep Sea at 11.30am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays to witness Japanese Spider Crabs feeding sessions.
Open from 10am to 8pm daily, tickets prices for Aquaria KLCC are reasonable, making it the perfect place for educational family outings and dates. Normal ticket prices start from RM69 for adults, RM59 for children aged 3 to 12 years-old, RM49 for senior citizens and RM16 for disabled visitors. Malaysian visitors can also get up to RM20 discounts on ticket prices just by flashing their MyKads. Not only so, ticket prices are the same all-year-round! Be sure to allocate more time to purchase your ticket, as the queue may get long especially during peak periods, such as weekends and public holidays.
