Your journey commences with the ‘In The Lounge’, where whimsical amuse-bouche bites await–a playful exploration of flavours and textures designed to intrigue the palate. Savour the delicate sweetness of fermented lotus with a hint of star anise, followed by the iconic Thai appetiser, Miang Kam. Then, delve into our ‘Aubergine Relish with Pork Cracklings’, a homage to the beloved snacks of Thailand’s northern city.
For the following six courses, ‘In The Restaurant’ presents you with the freedom to create your own culinary odyssey.
