07:30-12:00 You will be picked up and transferred to Ha Long bay (applies to tickets with Hanoi Departure only.)

12:00-12:15 Arriving in Tuan Chau harbour, check in onboard.

12:15-14:00 As you leave the harbour, you will embark on a sightseeing delight as the cruise takes you through a myriad of isles, such as Fighting Cock Islet, Stone Dog Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, etc.
Enjoy lunch onboard.

14:00-16:30 Check out Sung Sot Cave, one of the most impressive caves in Ha Long Bay. Then you will be transferred to Luon Cave, where you have a go at kayaking or simply chill on the sundeck.
Visit Titov Isle. You can swim, hang out on the beach, or trek to the top of the hill at the isle to have a panoramic view of the bay.

16:30-18:00 Depart for Ha Long harbour. Enjoy the scenery onboard.

Everything was near okay. As i said the issue is with the food. Nowhere it was mentioned that if there is veg food. Neither the tour operator helped me out with that. He asked me to sit pn a seat. I thought it is because i am vegetarian but that was not the case. So confusing.

All staff (Victor and team) are very proactive, even though I don't have any Vietnam local number, they contact my WA number. Nice shuttle bus, nice cruise, very supportive tour Guide (Nam)..Kindly recommended

Went to Ha Long Bay with SST Travel and i loved it! It felt like a private tour since there were only 6 people in the group, the tour guide Thanh is caring and has good english. The customer service responded very quick and helpful. Our ship even upgraded to the 5 star quality !

The tour was well-arranged by the tour operator in Hanoi. The guide's name was Ken. I forgot his Vietnamese name. But he is professional and very energetic. I suggest another guest should upgrade your food to all you can eat, rather than a set menu (included). The foods are sumptuous, such as prawns, shells/clams, chicken, fish, many fries, and desserts. I took an optional tour of Halong Bay on a speed boat (USD 10/ person) and a bamboo boat (USD 2/ person). It was so lovely and recommended. I am not a hiking person, so I am not going up to the SURPRISING CAVE and TIKTOP Island. I just enjoy most of the time on the boat. The cruise boat is clean and comfortable. I am onboard OTIS Cruise boat (the name). Thank you

I ordered the one day trip to Ha Long Bay, including the round-trip bus. it is very worth it. Besides, I would like to appreciate the tourguide (Robert Hung) that contacted every single person the day before the trip. He is genuinely nice and guided us well. The food in the cruise is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended to take a Ha Long Bay tour when you visit Hanoi.
*tips : don't forget to put the sunscreen on and bring some clothes in case you want to swim or kayaking

Fantastic experience! Our tour guide did a superb job of explaining everything we needed to know about the area. The transportation was comfortable for the long drive, and the food was great too! Highly recommended!👍🏼👍🏼

The overall tour was impressive. Ken, the guide, was incredible —very communicative, friendly and energetic. I was worried at first because the tour agent just Whatsapp-ed me around 16 hrs before the schedule. But other than that, everything was great. Food on board was plenty & quite good. I would highly recommend booking this tour package!
