The hotel is old but lovely and clean. Facilities in the room were excellent so was the continental breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely stay there again.

Accommodation part of the hotel needs a bit of maintenance. Tap in our ensuite needed fixing, shower cubicle needs a good clean. Some of the walls need patching up as the hotel is rather dated. Otherwise our stay was okay.

Staff was great. Hotel was nothing fancy; older with stairs to lobby/bar and room. Easy walk to The Rocks, and both Darling Harbor and Circular Quay.

The property is situated at a crossroads and was noisy all the time with passing traffic.

The accommodation is pretty basic and fairly run down. Very comfortable beds. The only thing we really didn't like was how dirty the room and bathroom were. There were still hairs on the floor from the previous occupants and it looked like the room never really gets a deep cleaning. The latch inside the bathroom door was broken, there was no way to turn off the noisy fan in the bathroom that was on 24/7. Other than that, it's convenient, within walkable distance from all the Darling Harbour amenities and CBD and surprisingly quiet.

The location is great for transportation. The photos on line are very nice. The hotel is a dump. Marginal maintenance and absolutely minimum facilities.
The bartenders that run the place are really helpful and friendly people.
