The hotel was clean and quiet, I just did not like to walk in the area too congested and trash everywhere, but when you get to psss that mess the shopping areas were clean.

The hotel is situated in a dirty litter filled area that i didn't feel safe to walk at night. The property was very,very nice. Beautifully presented and spotless. The staff were very helpful and friendly

This hotel is wonderful! They have safe parking and the hotel is very comfortable. The area outside looks unsafe and littered. I don’t think I would walk around that neighborhood at night at all. We used Uber to get to and from the city center. The staff and the hotel itself was truly amazing and a true gem. All of their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very polite! I would stay here again regardless of the neighborhood.

Great hotel for the price! Rooms are small but clean and perfect for if you're out all day, staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a bit of a walk to the city center but not too bad about 15 mins. The area around the hotel is a bit scruffy but youre only passing through so again not too bad, would definitely book again.

Nice stay, lovely little hotel which was very clean. Room was cleaned every day for us. Very friendly staff would stay again. 15 mins walk to brussels town centre. 10 min walk to the train station which you can get to a lot of major towns and other country's e.g Amsterdam. Area isnt the tidest as rubbish everywhere but very cultural.
