The staff were friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre so not that convenient. The road was noisy as was the Stella factory outside, The small bar was nice but there was no lounge for guests to relax and the rooms are small for relaxing even though I had an executive room. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Easy from the station, 10 min walk. Same back into the town. Very good surroundings lots of things to do. Staff helpful and a really great barman in the main bar of an evening

Really uncomfortable to sleep in the room, the temperature in the lobby area was way more better than the temperature in the room. I went to the front desk to report it and their answer was not the expected stating that the air conditioner does not cool as a normal A/C unit.

Despite Novotel being a renowned hotel. Customer service was non existent. Despite knowing AC doesn’t work in a room, we were still given this room on the hottest day of summer. They offered no solution or help and said it was out of their hands. Basic amenities you would expect in an European country not even being met. Paid full price for everything, and yes was given less than half of the service that’s expected.
