Brilliant hotel. Stayed for 11 nights whilst volunteering at an event. Ideal location for tram travel and not too noisy despite being on tbe centre. The staff were lovely

My partner and I booked a standard family room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was really good and you could see all of Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay and offered to keep our bags after check out for an extra £2 which helped for transport times. We tried the food in the lobby (pollo pizza) which was made fresh and tasted good, the price was £15 which might be a lot of a pizza but I think worth it.
The local area around the hotel was calm and safe, with lots of business around e.g., tesco, pubs, sainsbury's, cinemas and town centre. The bathroom was a bit small but not an issue for such a small stay.
Overall, definitely worth the money as it was cheap but good standards

A good location, rooms were basic but fine for the cost. The lifts were a bit clunky and my room key kept stopping working which was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning and shower were both good.

The rooms are dated but clean . The bathroom pods are strange didn’t like them but the staff are so nice . The guys on reception are lovely and polite especially the small bald headed man he was so friendly

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and received no apology or explanation as to what went on (this was at 4:30am in the morning). Our second key card also didn’t work which we asked to be fixed twice before it actually got fixed. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was quite small. One of the lifts was out of order the entire time we were there which felt like it wasn’t a priority to the staff at all.
