Had a comfortable stay, clean room and bathroom. Accessible to the underground transport and one stop train to Heathrow terminals. Friendly, helpful and obliging staff. I think the room is quite small for the price we had to pay. A small kettle would be nice in the room.

We only stayed for 2 nights but it was absolutely lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a high street down the road which was very convenient when we wanted a snack and went out for dinner. Bed was extremely comfortable and air conditioning helped with the unexpected heatwave. Lots of options for breakfast as well which I loved. Would absolutely stay there again the next time I come to London.

This property is so convenient because it is close to a lot of restaurants and major tube lines with a direct line to Heathrow Airport. The staff ws great too--friendly, helpful and professional. The only problem I had was the room was very small, but I guess this is true of most of the hotels of this kind and price range in London.

I stayed 4 nights in a disability adapted room, no one ever came near my room to clean it, change my towels or bed linen. I was told when I arrived that for "Eco friendliness" towels, rooms and linens would only be cleaned after 3 days, so I complied with this advice\ request and expected by the third day to get a clean room, linens and towels, by the time I came back to my room after being out, it had remained untouched again! 4 days without a refresh or any clean towels and linens in the heat of summer is just nasty. I paid over £400 for my stay.No kettle, tea, coffee or milk in the rooms. I went to Tescos and bought my own kettle verses their guests being expected to PAY £5 for a coffee and cookie each time at the reception. There's even a RENTAL on Umbrellas! When I arrived the person standing at the front desk on arrival told me if I wanted my bags/ suitcases stored on my last day, there's a FEE (a recurring theme!) I was asked to check myself in to get my room card even though the receptionist was standing right there reading my personal details back to me from their computer screen. If you they want guests to return, perhaps be appreciative of their custom - without them there is no hotel business! Be kind and provide some extras without expecting them to constantly have their hands in their pockets!

I had a thoroughly enjoyable 2-night stay recently, in Room 113. The room, as per many reviews I've read, was indeed very small - but I loved it! It was perfect for me, as a solo visitor. The air con was amazingly efficient and responsive, the bathroom small but perfectly formed, and the shower was lovely too. Had two really restful nights in the comfortable bed. I was fortunate in that my room overlooked the rear of the hotel, so I didn't hear traffic noise at all. All very clean and comfortable. The only negative was, on arriving at breakfast on the first morning of a two-night stay, it transpires I hadn't been checked in the previous day (despite having done so with a member of staff). I had apparently been listed as a "no show" - not a problem as I was subsequently checked in, but from a H&S perspective I found this slightly concerning. The hotel was a short walk to Earls Court underground and placed well for exploring. I also loved that I could walk, in 20 minutes or so, along very pleasant, tree-lined roads, to my favourite London park - Holland Park. Really recommend a visit if you stay at this hotel.

Good location, easy transport. Room was clean, but sink was leaking as well as not properly draining. Quite the small room but I expected that for the price. Also loud banging noises in the morning which was unpleasant. Otherwise, it was an average stay and decent for the price.
