Already booked 2 nights, both with friends told me to add 40rb / night not to be offered, the place was not clean, there were no windows, stuffy. I choose to move to an inn and ask if my rent can go back in half and the response is not good.

strategic location in the middle of town, secure motorcycle parking supervised cctv, clean rooms, there is his living room. Free drinking water, no need to buy anymore. the rooms are clean, and there are plenty of toilets, no worries about having to queue for a shower. near the location kost many food snack locations.
