Very disappointed. This is the first time that an apartment booking has been transferred to another owner, and is required to pay a deposit of 500 thousand before checking in. When checking in, given the room door access code which is only valid for 1 hour. So after one hour he said he would be given a new access code via email. Because I don't feel like getting an email, I contacted the owner but he said please wait a minute. Then at the first night I checked in, I left and returned to the apartment at 4 stgh. I checked the e-mail, there was no email from the owner and I contacted Mas Taufiq (the person who helped me check in early), after waiting 5 minutes, he gave temporary access code (which can only be used for 1 hour), and mas taufiq said the original access code will be sent at 8 am. Stgh 8 o'clock taufiq whatsapp me and send screenshots with access codes that can be used until Sunday, he said. I, who didn't want to leave Dr Apart, didn't try the access code again and thought the access code problem was over. I just left Dr Apart at 9:00 PM and returned at 4 AM. strangely, when I want to enter my room, I don't receive the access code (via e-mail) and the access code sent by Taufiq via WhatsApp is wrong. And mas taufiq cannot be contacted (may still be sleeping), customer service cannot be reached. I tried to contact the receptionist downstairs but the receptionist and security did not know that the unit was rented daily and did not know anything about the access code, I was confused about who to contact. After an hour of trying to contact Mr. Taufiq, he finally answered my phone and I had to wait again because he could not contact the cs yet. For more than 1 hour I sat in front of the 25j1 unit waiting for an unclear access code sent to whoever. Finally, mas taufiq sent me another temporary access code (again). I learned my lesson about the access code and finally didn't leave the unit until I checked out on May 6. Very disappointing.
