Luxury Hotels in Dago, Bandung

Hotelnya bagus dan rekomen untuk keluarga.

Hotel yang nyaman buat nginap bersama keluarga para staff ramah dan cekatan. Makanannya enak, deket kemana mana cukup jalan kaki saja.

The staff is very nice, the location is actually great. But for a 5 star hotel it looks like a 4 star. Small single bed, old interior and amenities (especially towels), dirty spots here and there, quite a small swimming pool and gym; And small area around swimming pool. Breakfast was so so, felt like having BF at a 3 or 4 star. For the price I paid, it was just not worthed.

Terlalu banyak tangga dan agak susah kalau bawa orang tua.

Room OK, comfort and clean, service good.

Area to improve: Room cleanliness and linen not good. Torn wallpaper in several areas of the room. Carpet was very old looked dirty. Bathroom needs to be reconditioned. Good aspects: Location, service from the staffs, Shower pressure and hot water were good.

The room was big and nice but the bathroom just a little bit old, the shower need to be changed as its alredy dirty.

The hotel is so old, abbandoned, and much broken furniture. Don't ask about wallpaper, it ' s so messed. The pool was dirty, dusty. The view is good, only the hotel is too old without proper maintenance. The building is too old, and tools are not properly packed. The lift was scary, always has crashing sound when it used.
