4 Stars Hotels in Kebon Kacang, Central Jakarta

2Nd time here. Really bad. Hotel lobby leaked on the floor and on the receptionist desk. Room really bad smell, change 2 times, the 3rd room was OK but door system broken, Difficult to open, ask 3 times to change the key but no respond until tomorrow hair dryer doesn't work. Telephone doesn't work. Request to change another room again, but no respond until tomorrow I left something at room after check out. Call 3 times ask them help to check. They said already check 2 times but nothing. And I found it on the bed when I go there to check it myself. Really bad hotel and bad service.

Location was great if you plan to go shopping in Thamrin City. A lot of food place nearby. Hotel breakfast was OK too. But room condition run down. Furniture and toilet should be upgrade. Bed sheet got stain. Towel not absorb water.

Good place, strategies, but ac has not working.
