Hotel has a policy of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan). Strategic location close to Mulawarman University/UNMUL (<500 m) can exercise in the University area, near Robinson, Lembuswana Mall. There are several low budget food vendors around the hotel (<300 meters) or around unmul, there is a family friendly cafe right across from the guest house. strong signal wifi, bathroom cleanliness is maintained even though sharing a bathroom, hot/cold dispensers are available, guest reception rooms are available on the 2nd floor. There is a mosque near the hotel (200 m). Very worth it to repeat reservation. Minus car parking on the side of the road, but motorbike parking is available within the guest house fence area (there is security).

Minus yesterday the door was loose and someone entered the room, I don't know what happened to the room, but the staff responded quickly and fixed it quickly. I've been a regular here, the atmosphere is very nice and access to everywhere is close. It's cheap and the room is okay.
