Great experience to stay at BW Express, didn’t feel like an express hotel which commonly only provide small room and average food. Surprisingly BW Espress’ room is spacious and super clean! The lobby, corridor, everything is just neat and clean, just love it. Hotel’s location is very strategic as well. Unfortunately only 1 elevator in operation, seems the other was under maintenance. BW Express would definitely become my first option to stay at central Jakarta next time, keep up the good work 💕

The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is clean and separate between the shower and the closet so it's not dirty mixed together, the price is affordable with complete facilities.

When I needed to stay in Jakarta again a few days later, I chose this hotel again, and Ms. Cilla's prompt booking service was very helpful. The hotel is clean, the lobby smells good, the atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy, the staff is friendly, the room has a good view, you can still see the city lights of Jakarta. The breakfast is quite complete and delicious. It's just a bit difficult to find a minimarket.

The service was excellent from the start of check-in, and there was a Rp 100,000 deposit. The location is close to the city center so it's easy to access. The hotel is still new, and full of instagrammable themes, I love it. The bathroom is okay, there's a hair dryer, soap, and shampoo in big bottles. I like it hahaha. Only yesterday the TV wasn't working, maybe the remote battery was dead. Overall, I like staying here. And it's worth it. It's just that the breakfast is less varied.

I always come here when I'm in Jakarta. The service is great, the front desk is friendly, and I can always borrow an iron or prayer robe if I need one. The location is also strategic, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The food is also delicious, although the variety isn't great. The TV can connect to YouTube and other OTT services. Perhaps a gym would be even more complete and perfect.

This hotel is quite good. If seen from the perspective of hotel feasibility, this hotel is very decent and meets all aspects of comfort. The exterior design is attractive, the interior is quite attractive. What could be improved, there is a non-smoking room on the upper floor or at least an air purifier is available to eliminate cigarette smoke in smoking rooms, All motorcycle parking areas are provided with canopies (not some), drinking water can use Refill dispensers, and the lobby can be enlarged/beautified again. For the part that I can appreciate more is the breakfast food, especially the curry fried rice and garlic chicken menu, a perfect match, very delicious, my expectation was 7/10 but it turned out to be much better than my expectation 9.8/10 the spices are very pronounced, savory, delicious, and very addictive. Next, which is no less delicious is the Nasi Uduk 8/10 only the tempeh side dish in my opinion is less delicious, maybe it can be replaced with dried tempeh. waffles are also delicious 7.8/10. in fact, in my opinion, what is lacking and needs to be improved is chicken porridge, black sticky rice porridge, and bread. Chicken porridge tastes bland and not savory at all, black sticky rice porridge is also bland, the bread is not soft enough. When I had breakfast there, there was no cow's milk available.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room isn't very soundproof, and the area is quiet. If you want to find food, you have to walk about 15 minutes to Tanah Abang Station. For 700++ Rupiah, we thought we'd get a refrigerator. It's our fault we didn't read the details... pumping breast milk, confused about where to store it.
