They are very fast response and accomodating. We called for early check-in and they facilitated us very well. The location is also very strategic. Obviously as expected from one of the best hotels in Banda Aceh.

This hotel have a good service. However, there is no parking lot for a car. And also no space in the room for praying. The room is too small.

The room is amazing but unfortunately the Air Conditioner is not good enough to cooling the room even they send someone to adding some freon gases.

Need to pay 15 % while check in. Hotel facilities not working as well such as water heater, wastafel, and shower. Hopefuly all crew especially management can fix it as soon as possible. Point plus is, bedroom is big enough as a photo.
