Best Hotels in Serang, Indonesia

I stay on 10 March executive room 5523, living room and master bedroom the air conditioner not cool, then 3 times talk reception. They said will repair, I wait for 8 hours no body come. I use may small fan to sleep, the toilet so dirty and shower problem. Swimming pool so dirty. The building no maintenance.

Hotel bersih, ramah. Kalo ke anyer pasti kesini lg:).

I booked the new type, premium villa. 2 stories villa with a private pool in front. First floor had a double queen sized bed, a toilet, a porch, and equipped with TV. Upper floor only consists of two twin beds and accessible porch. The only thing that 's missing is the pantry.

Nice place and good view and good facilities.

Amongs the best hotel experiences we've had in Serang. The staff are super friendly plus great breakfast. Very close to royal shopping cejter and only a couple of minutes to serang station.

Overall not bad. Only views isn't too good.
