This hotel was incredibly dirty. The sheets and blankets hadn't been changed, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and it reeked of urine. Toiletries like toothbrushes and soap weren't provided. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. I was also asked to pay an additional 50,000 Rupiah per night on top of the app price. It was simply unreasonable. This was my worst hotel experience.

The worst experience of staying, firstly the cost was not according to the application when we arrived, we were asked to pay again, if we wanted to cancel via the application we couldn't get a refund, the wifi was not working, we could use our own cellphone as a hotspot, the bathroom had very little water, if we wanted to take a shower we had to drain the water from the sink using a dipper into a bucket, the bathroom was dirty, the AC was leaking, right on top of our head, we were shocked when we were sleeping, the motorbike parking outside was scary, it was so good we were afraid of losing it, it was really sad

Each room should be equipped with glass, then in the facilities there is wifi access, but when asking for the password it was not given, they said it could only be in the lobby (1st floor), even though it is on the 2nd floor. And on the 3rd floor there is a Wifi router 🥲. The toilet is quite clean, maybe you can use floor bleach to remove the yellow stains. Then for the waiter when he wants to clean the room for the next customer, it is better not to smoke inside, the smell of cigarettes was very strong when I first entered the room. Hopefully the service will be improved again. Thank you. For easy transportation and safe and easy food.
