I was a bit sad and worried because there were tomcats. It was a shame, the hotel was comfortable and clean again. But thank God, there were no tomcats at night, so everything was comfortable. Staying felt like staying in a boarding house, I booked a room with a breakfast package but it didn't meet my expectations, I thought I would eat buffet at the hotel restaurant but the breakfast package was wrapped in plastic and delivered to my room. With that price per room, I think it's not enough, it's still too expensive

Stayed here for 2 nights, very impressive, the lobby and hotel are only on the 5th floor, there is an elevator, there is a parking area, strategic location, close to Malioboro, near the souvenir center, the ambience is pleasant and cheerful because the room is identical to the color yellow, the room is fragrant, clean, comfortable, the wifi is fast, the most iconic is the bathroom, the staff is friendly and initiative, will stay here again if I go to Jogja 💛

We stayed for 2 nights, although the staff was friendly and willing to help us, but the cleanliness was very disappointing. The toilet had an unpleasant smell, the staff tried to help by giving it a fragrance, but the toilet drain was problematic, emitting an unpleasant smell to the room, I asked to change rooms at the beginning, staff 1 said it was full, well, it turned out that at 1:00 a.m. I woke up because of a loud noise, and it turned out there was a "rat" in our room & after I woke up, the rat climbed up the curtain and hid above. I called the staff & they kindly helped me move my room. The floor & walls of the toilet seemed to have never been brushed. It seems like the hotel management needs to pay attention to this. The floor is also quite sticky & the room AC is not cold enough. Far from the supermarket. The market is close, but still if you want to find food you have to walk 15 minutes. The hotel is located on the 5th floor. Suggestion: management can pay more attention to all of this. It's easy to maintain cleanliness. But they need proper training. The roof needs to be repaired because rats can enter the 5th floor from the roof.

I randomly chose this hotel for a layover. It turned out to be comfortable and close to the station, especially with its yellow interior. I liked it. The only downside was that the glasses on the table were still dirty from someone else's use, with dried coffee stains. 😭

The hotel staff is good, the service is good, the location is also strategic, 10 minutes walk from Malioboro, but if possible, book well in advance, especially during holidays, it will definitely be full.

Check-in at 2 am, early check-in is not possible because the rooms are always full, probably because there are only a few. Even though I arrived at 9 am for a 3-night, 4-day stay. The service was fast and satisfying. The staff were all friendly, and the location is strategically located in the city center. The hotel is only on the 5th floor of a building with a large home furnishings store next to it. Parking is sufficient because it is shared with the shop employees' motorcycles. I have stopped by the store, which is very complete and has great items. The price is also still affordable. The only problem is that if you want to shop a lot, you have to take the train there, unless you want to bring someone else, or it's okay. Next, the hotel is really worth it, with the most affordable price, it is quite satisfying, spacious enough for the type of room as pictured for 1 couple and 1 child. You get a view, and the room really makes you comfortable when resting, smells good and is super neat. Because it is a new building, it is still really good. It's just that the bathroom equipment is incomplete, maybe next time it can be updated and added. The water heater is functional. What makes me distracted is the shower, it's really good, complete with faucets and sophisticated Haha. There's only one mirror in the bathroom, there should be another mirror in the room, on the table or on the wall, a full body one would really help. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future. The reception area is also comfortable and spacious for waiting for check-in and getting a welcome drink voucher below, but I didn't take it so I don't know exactly where it is. What else, I think that's all the experience. This time I want to review the hotel because it's so fun and happy that I finally went to Jogja and found a new and good hotel to stay. Just try it, if there's been one before, I'll definitely be here, and my husband said he will continue to stay here, so I agree, I will come here again if I go to Jogja in the morning. Please maintain the cleanliness and service for the next 2 or so years. Hopefully, there won't be any major changes, especially if the building is old and dirty and neglected. No complaints, clean hotel room, nice staff, great location

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. I stayed here for two nights and will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Yogyakarta. It's close to Tugu Station and Malioboro.

New hotel, lobby is on the 5th floor. Although the room is not too big but clean, fragrant & cold AC. Very strategic location. In front of the hotel there is a popular roadside coffee. Can walk to Beringharjo Market, Malioboro, Taman Pintar Museum & Bu Tini's fried chicken. All staff are very friendly & fast, especially Mr. Sahrul. Very satisfied staying at Hotel Fortuna Living.
