- Super strategic location, close to the toll gate, right across from the Festival City Link mall.
- All the staff are friendly and helpful, including the security guard.

1. The staff is very friendly, plus plus point, whatever we need during our stay, the staff will help us
2. The room is clean, equipment such as an electric kettle and hair dryer look new and clean without dust, the room lighting is also good, not scary, the toilet is also clean, it's good.
3. Booking a room with breakfast is not a loss, because it's on the rooftop, you already get a good view, the food variants are also quite varied, plus there is a management who checks the quality of our food whether there is anything lacking or is it right, plus they tell you if you want to request food, they say it's cool.
Overall it's good, it won't be a loss even if you stay for a long time.

The hotel staff, from reception to security, were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for two people. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. The AC and exhaust were working properly. A water dispenser was provided in the room, as drinking water was available in gallon jugs in the hallway.

The staff is very friendly, especially the gentleman in the parking lot, please convey my regards. I hope you are always healthy ❤️ The room is clean, only when I opened the closet there was a lot of hair curled up. I have flashed and sprayed it many times but it still didn't go away, making me nauseous to see it. But… overall it's really good, maybe next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again. The location is okay, right in front of the Citylink Festival Mall, so if you want to feast your eyes, just cross the street. The room is clean, complete amenities, clean, fragrant towels, the sheets are not clean and white, there are lots of stains, it's time to change them. Breakfast has quite a lot of choices. The only thing lacking is the staff, which I saw was a bit overwhelmed when there were a lot of guests. Maybe they could add more. There is enough parking for 4 wheels, but for 2 wheels it is limited. There is a lot of running water, there are dispensers on each floor.

The hotel staff, from reception to security, were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for two people. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. The AC and exhaust were working properly. A water dispenser was provided in the room, as drinking water was available in gallon jugs in the hallway.

The staff is very friendly, especially the gentleman in the parking lot, please convey my regards. I hope you are always healthy ❤️ The room is clean, only when I opened the closet there was a lot of hair curled up. I have flashed and sprayed it many times but it still didn't go away, making me nauseous to see it. But… overall it's really good, maybe next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again. The location is okay, right in front of the Citylink Festival Mall, so if you want to feast your eyes, just cross the street. The room is clean, complete amenities, clean, fragrant towels, the sheets are not clean and white, there are lots of stains, it's time to change them. Breakfast has quite a lot of choices. The only thing lacking is the staff, which I saw was a bit overwhelmed when there were a lot of guests. Maybe they could add more. There is enough parking for 4 wheels, but for 2 wheels it is limited. There is a lot of running water, there are dispensers on each floor.
